PETALING JAYA: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd (PNSB) has obtained leave from the Kuala Lumpur High Court yesterday to bring judicial review proceedings against Lembaga Urus Air Selangor (Luas) and the Selangor government.
"The application is fixed for case management on April 10, 2014 and the application for interim relief is fixed for hearing on May 5, 2014," Puncak Niaga said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
PNSB had on March 20, 2014 filed an application in the Kuala Lumpur High Court for leave for a judicial review of the decision by Luas and the Selangor government to not renew PNSB's raw water abstraction licenses beyond May 31, 2014.
