Najib offers condolences to Paloh assemblyman over wife's death

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak today offered condolences to Paloh state assemblyman Datuk Norzula Mat Diah whose wife was killed in a road accident they were involved in yesterday.
The prime minister said in a Twitter post he hoped that Norzula would be strong in his moment of grief.
Norzula's wife, Datin Maziah Din, was killed in the accident which occurred at KM23 of the Cameron Highlands-Simpang Pulai Road when the car driven by their daughter skidded on the slippery road, crashed onto a hillside and plunged into a ditch at 6.30pm.
Besides Norzula and the daughter, two other children and an infant relative were unhurt in the accident.
They were on their way from Kelantan to Ipoh when the accident happened. – Bernama
