Heidi Klum wants workout wear to be fashionable

HEIDI Klum (pix) wants women to feel fashionable while working out so has joined forces with sportswear brand New Balance.
The designer and TV personality has joined forces with New Balance and has sketched new designs for the sportswear brand after teaming up with them three years ago.
"As much as I love dressing up in sparkly gowns and attending glamorous events, I also love great active-wear," she said.
"It's fun working with a company that is also passionate about fitness and fashion. The Heidi Klum for New Balance line is inspired by the idea that fitness should be a daily part of everyone's life.
"I really wanted to design a collection of items that women could feel fashionable wearing while working out."
The 40-year-old star, who also hosts designer search competition 'Project Runway', claims she takes inspiration from "everywhere" and thinks wearing trainers on the runway is a fun idea.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "I had my 'Project Runway' contestants design an outfit that would fuse fitness and fashion.
"All the models looked fierce on the runway wearing their sneakers. They definitely kept a fashion attitude." – Bang Media
