Hexagon suspension, delisting dates set

    PETALING JAYA: The PN 17-company Hexagon Holdings Bhd, which had failed to submit a regularisation plan, will be suspended with effect from May 14. It will be delisted on May 16 if no appeal against the delisting is submitted to Bursa Malaysia on or before May 12.
    In a filing with the stock exchange, the company said it had failed to submit a regularisation plan for approval within the stipulated 12-month period, and the application for an extension to submit the regularisation plan was rejected.
    Hexagon's share price was unchanged at 3.5 sen yesterday.
