JENNIFER Lopez (pix) hates working out and doesn't feel under pressure to preserve her good looks because she feels young at heart.
The 'I Luh Ya Papi' hitmaker, who has six-year-old twins Max and Emme, recently embraced a vegan diet and feels healthier, but admits she struggles to stay motivated in the gym.
"I do have a healthy breakfast and try to fit in a workout when I can. I'm in fight mode right now because I have so many shows coming up, I'm trying to be healthy," she said.
But she added: "It's so not easy. I hate it just like anybody else. It's not fun. You do it because you want to feel good and it does make you feel good after you do it."
The 44-year-old star claims she doesn't feel under pressure to go under the knife because she feels young at heart.
She told Angie Martinez on New York's Hot 97 radio station: "I do feel like people relate to me because they don't think about 'she's old or she's young, she's just Jennifer'.
"That's what I love, that I've been able to let you see my spirit and not just my shell on the outside.
"Yes, I try to keep myself up, I try to work out, like any girl I want to look my best, but at the end of the day, it's my heart, it's my spirit that I hope shines through."
The 'American Idol' judge is very proud of her curves and has recorded a new track called 'Big Booty' for her upcoming album, 'A.K.A.'
"It's a great song, it's a fun song and it's about owning everything about you and embracing who you are." – Bang Media
