Destini secures 2+1 year contract from Lundin

SHAH ALAM: Destini Bhd's subsidiary Samudra Oil Services Sdn Bhd has received a letter of award from Lundin Malaysia BV, a subsidiary of Lundin Petroleum AB, to provide Hammer services and equipment for Lundin drilling campaign.
In Malaysia, Lundin Petroleum has offshore operations both in the East Coast of Peninsula Malaysia and Sabah.
Group managing director Datuk Rozabil Abdul Rahman said this appointment acknowledges Samudra Oil's capability and experience in such a technically challenged field.
"The appointment is expected to contribute positively to group earnings for the next two to three years," he added.
