Student steals teacher’s car

    PETALING JAYA: A car thief wearing a school uniform and believed to be a teenage student stole a female teacher's car, escaping with her two children, including a baby boy in Puchong Perdana early today.
    The 35-year-old uztazah (religious school teacher) who has five children, spotted her car being driven away and gave chase on foot for a short distance but could only watch in horror as the thief sped away with her two sons.
    However, some 40 minutes later, she was reunited with her sons, who were found by a passer-by on the roadside five kilometres away.
    Subang Jaya police chief ACP Yahaya Ramli urged members of the public who spot the blue Proton Gen 2 with the registration number WLX 4727 to alert the police.
