Traditional masseur injured in shooting

    KUALA LUMPUR: A traditional masseur cheated death when an unidentified man fired a shot at him while he was massaging a client in his house at Jalan 3, Taman Reko, Kajang near here, today.
    In the 8.24am incident, the victim Phang Kon Sook, 53, was massaging a local man in his house when two men arrived in a motorcycle at his house.
    Kajang police chief ACP Abdul Rashid Abdul Wahab said upon seeing the men, the victim came out of the house to meet them.
    "After meeting them, the victim returned to continue massaging when one of the suspects followed him and fired one shot that hit his buttocks. The gunman then fled with his accomplice on a motorcycle," he said in a statement here today.
    He said the victim was sent to the Kajang Hospital for treatment and was reported to be in stable condition after an operation. – Bernama
