TM in Nusajaya smart services joint venture

PETALING JAYA: Telekom Malaysia Bhd's (TM) Intelsec Sdn Bhd signed an agreement with UEM Sunrise Bhd's UEM Land Bhd and Iskandar Investment Bhd's Iskandar Innovations Sdn Bhd for the establishment of a joint-venture company (JVC) that will offer and operate smart services in Nusajaya.
The JVC, in which TM will be the majority shareholder, will design and build smart city infrastructure as well as provide smart building and smart city services.
