COMMITTED to giving back to society, U Mobile Sdn Bhd is supporting another brilliant project- SOLSBMF’s “Project 100”. The project gathers capable individuals from around the globe, bringing them together to teach English and life skills to underprivileged communities at SOLS-BMF community centres.
These centres are located throughout Malaysia. Doing its part, U Mobile has powered select SOLS-BMF centres, with vital communication services, including voice and high-speed data plans. This will enable SOLS 24/7 teachers based at these centres, to remain connected in order to efficiently execute their daily operations.
“U Mobile believes that nurturing young talent in achieving their dreams is essential for contributing towards nation building and development. Especially as youths require quality education in order to develop their potential as individuals. Telecommunications and the internet play vital roles in enhancing the teaching and learning process, aligned with the modern approach to education. We are glad to be able to extend our support for SOLS-BMF’s Project
with our mobile services,” said U Mobile Sdn Bhd CEO Wong Tuck.

Adding to this, cofounder and director of SOLS 24/7 Malaysia Raj Ridvan Singh explained, “With over 70 development officers and volunteers serving, educating and empowering communities throughout the country, connectivity is a vital tool in ensuring our team is able to get answers quickly and verify information for smooth classroom management. A lot of our team members are joining us from across the world. U Mobile’s services help to keep the lines of communication between them and their families open.”
