Mesiniaga cliches RM133m TM contract

PETALING JAYA: Mesiniaga Bhd clinched RM133 million worth of contracts from Telekom Malaysia Bhd for the maintenance and support services of intellectual property core.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Mesiniaga said the contract is for a period of five years commencing from Sept 1, 2014 until Aug 31, 2019.
It said the proposed transaction will not have any material effect on its net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2014 but is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings over the period of contract.
