Mat Sabu slander case continues

BUTTERWORTH: The case against PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu accused of slandering police and their families who defended themselves against a communist attack at the Bukit Kepong Police Station in Muar on Feb 23, 1950, has been adjourned to tomorrow.
He allegedly committed the offence in a public forum at Al Fahmi, Markas Tarbiyah Pas Padang Menora, Tasek Gelugor on Aug 21, 2011.
Mat Sabu is also facing an alternative charge of slandering three policemen: marine constable Abu Bakar Daud, constable Jaafar Hassan and Yusoff Rono and their family members, at the same time, date and place. – Bernama
