Maybank issues 8 call warrants

PETALING JAYA: Maybank Investment Bank Bhd is issuing eight new European style cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of Coastal Contracts Bhd, Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd, Dialog Group Bhd, Hock Seng Lee Bhd, KNM Group Bhd, Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd, Perdana Petroleum Bhd and SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd.
In a statement yesterday, the bank said the warrants will be listed on Aug 19 with an issue size of 100 million each.
It said this tranche features the oil and gas segment in Malaysia. The bank said the tenure of all eight call warrants is approximately 12 months.
