Co-pilot's family pay final respects, thanks public for support

SEPANG: Around 30 family members of MH17 co-pilot Ahmad Hakimi Hanapi came to pay their final respects.
His uncle Amran Daud, 50, said that the family wishes to thank the government for being able to bring his remains back to the country.
He said: "We feel very honoured," adding that seven of his closest family members were present at the complex," he said.
"I've went to Amsterdam to perform some funeral rites for Ahmad Hakimi. We feel blessed to see that his body is still in one piece," he said.
He also said that the family would like to thank all the members of the public for their endless support to family members of the crash victims.
