Four cars razed in fire

KUALA LUMPUR: Four cars were razed in a fire at a parking plaza in Metro Prime, Kepong today.
Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Azizan Ismail said firemen received a distress call at about 3.20am and within 10 minutes they were at the scene to put out the flames which engulfed four cars (Proton Iswara, Perodua Myvi, Perodua Viva and Toyota Vios).
The fire fighters, however, managed to put out the fire at about 3.40am.
No one was injured in the incident. Investigations are underway to find out the cause of the fire.
