Kate Winslet: juice diets are boring

KATE Winslet (pix) finds juice diets "boring".
The 38-year-old actress - who has children Mia, 13, and Joe, 10, from her previous marriages and Bear, 10 months, with husband Ned Rocknroll - admits she isn't afraid to mock slender people who complain they need to lose weight and doesn't understand why they deprive themselves of food.
She told the new issue of Marie Claire: "Whenever I got to LA the make-up artist or hairdresser will end up having a conversation about how fat they think they are and I really can't take it seriously at all.
"I'm just like, 'Yeah, you're right, you look gigantic, you need to lay off those bits of boiled chicken you've been eating because have you seen your a**e?' And they're the size of a pin.
"I'm no stranger to the occasional dodgy juice, but it doesn't taste very nice and it is bloody boring. It's not a way to live."
The 'Divergent' star also admitted to feeling frustrated when she reads about her "dewy complexion" as her skin isn't always blemish free.
She said: "I had a terrible bout of acne after I turned 30. I kept reading about my sodding dewy complexion and thinking, 'Oh s**t, look at me, I'm covered in bloody spots, proper cystic bumps, if only they knew.' " – Bang Media
