PETALING JAYA: Visitors and shoppers to Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur this year will be greeted by Malaysia's largest Christmas tree replica.
Assembled meticulously, the giant tree can be found on the ground floor central of the mall.
It measures a whopping 11.6 metres in height and diameter of 6.1 metres. Comprising 4,350 branches and 76,125 tips, it is a feat of wonderment and will be the talk of the town this Yuletide season.
"Being officially recognised as 'The Biggest Christmas Tree Replica' by the Malaysia Book of Records will serve as an attraction for visitors to our mall," said Berjaya Times Square executive director Koh Huey Min during the adjudication event by Malaysia Book of Records recently.
The tree will be on display until Dec 31.
