Three killed, one injured when car crashes into lorry

    JOHOR BARU: Three people were killed when a car rammed into a lorry at Km91.4 of the North-South Highway, near Batu Pahat this evening.
    Batu Pahat deputy police chief Supt Mat Razali Awang said the dead were the car's passengers while its driver was badly injured. He said the incident occurred at 4.48pm.
    A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman, when contacted, said the badly injured victim was identified as Mohanandas Nadarajan, 42, from Taman Bukit Indah, Johor Baru and one of the dead was known as Nadarajan Gopal, 71, from Taman Nesa, Skudai. – Bernama
