Hsien Loong glad to be back at work

SINGAPORE: Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong is back at work after undergoing a successful surgery to remove his prostate gland in the last two weeks, as part of treatment for cancer.

In his Facebook post today, Lee said: "Glad to be fully back at work."

Thanking his followers for their good wishes, he said: "Was touched by your thoughtful messages and cards, including from residents and community leaders of Teck Ghee and Yew Tee, and students of Cedar Girls' Secondary School, Spectra Secondary School and St Patrick's School." – Bernama
