Djokovic battles into Miami third round

MIAMI: World number one and defending champion Novak Djokovic overcame a mid-match swoon to beat Slovak Martin Klizan 6-0, 5-7, 6-1 on Saturday in his Miami Masters opener.
The top-seeded Serb is aiming to become the first man to claim the Indian Wells-Miami March hardcourt title double on three separate occasions.
He's already accomplished the feat in 2011 and last year.
He began this year's attempt by winning Indian Wells a week ago, beating Roger Federer in the final.
His Miami repeat bid looked to be off to a strong start when he won the first seven games against Slovakia's Klizan.
But he squandered a second-set lead before recovering in the third to advance in just under two hours to a meeting with Belgian qualifier Steve Darcis. – AFP
