Ecofirst’s unit to buy RM62m land in Gombak

PETALING JAYA: Ecofirst Consolidated Bhd's (ECB) wholly-owned subsidiary Ecofirst Development Sdn Bhd plans to buy a 101,550 sq m land in Ulu Kelang, Gombak for RM62.8 million.
Yesterday, Ecofirst Development entered into an option agreement with Harta Villa Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tan & Tan Developments Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IGB Corp Bhd in relation to the proposed acquisition.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, the proposed acquisition is expected to be completed within 30 months from the date of the agreement 1.
