Couple will be charged tomorrow for boy found buried under kitchen floor

KAJANG: A couple who arrested for allegedly buried their kid in cement in their kitchen will be charged in court tomorrow.
According to the Selangor police chief, SDCP Datuk Abdul Samah Mat, the couple will be charged at Selayang Magistrate Court.
Abdul Samah added that the couple will be charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder and Section 201 of the Penal Code for causing the disappearance of evidence.
On May 29, construction workers had found a body buried in the kitchen area of a house in Taman Usaha Jaya, Kepong.
The workers were about to begin renovation works at the house, vacated by the tenants, when suddenly they found the child's body buried in cement after getting a foul stench coming from a hole in the kitchen floor.
The owner of the house said that the house had been rented out until April.
Post-mortem result showed that the body was a boy aged between 8 and 10.
