Shamsul Azhar joins Enra Group

PETALING JAYA: Enra Group Bhd, formerly known as Perduren (M) Bhd, has appointed Petronas former president and CEO Tan Sri Shamsul Azhar Abbas as its independent non-executive director, effective June 15.
In a filing with the stock exchange, Enra said Shamsul Azhar had also been appointed as a member of its audit committee and nomination committee.
