Thousands attend Home Ministry Hari Raya open house

KUALA LUMPUR: Thousands made their way to the Home Ministry's Hari Raya open House here tonight.
The event was hosted by Home Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zahid Hamidi in Dewan Tun Razak at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC).
Those who arrived took the opportunity to greet and congratulate Ahmad Zahid, who was appointed as Deputy Prime Minister in the recent cabinet reshuffle.
People were also seen hugging, laughing and taking selfies with Zahid.
Among dignitaries present at the event include Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak, Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein, Deputy Home Minister Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed, and former ministers Datuk Seri Noh Omar, Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abd Jalil and Datik Seri Mohd Ali Rustam.
Aside from the food, guest present were entertained by local artist including Jamil Abdilah, Zamani Slam and Ahmad Zahid's daughter Nurul Hidayah.
