Customs appoints Edaran IT for project

PETALING JAYA: Edaran Bhd’s subsidiary, Edaran IT Services Sdn Bhd has on Aug 14, 2015 been appointed by the Customs Department as its National Single Window Service Provider.
The appointment as the NSW Service Provider is subject to the issuance of the Certificate to Operate (CTO) upon testing and approval by the government.
The CTO is valid for two years and it is renewable every two years.
It is expected that the proceeds from the project will contribute towards the future earnings and the net assets of Edaran Group.
There is no significant risk in respect to the project, Edaran said.
