Crowd clad in yellow seen at Central Market

KUALA LUMPUR: A large crowd clad in yellow have engulfed the city center in front of the Central Market area.
Chants of "Reformasi", "Bersih" and "lawan tetap lawan" can be heard from the 1,000 strong crowd in the area.
The sidewalks and pedestrian walkways are lined with crowds of people in high spirits.
Vehicles passing the area are heard honking in unison with the crowd's chants.
A member of the crowd, who declined to be named, told theSun that they are waiting for more people to join the crowd before heading together to the epicenter of the rally in Dataran Merdeka at 2pm.
Traffic police in the area are monitoring the traffic situation to ensure a smooth flow entering and exiting the area.
Eateries and shops in the area remain open while the crowds fuel up for their sojourn to Dataran Merdeka.
