KUALA LUMPUR: Sunday started early for at least 25,000 Bersih 4 participants, as they took part in a mass morning exercise and aerobics.
Led by Bersih 2.0 steering committee member Ivy Josiah, it's chairman Maria Chin Abdullah also took to stage, as the crowd later danced to music being played at front stage.
The rally goers were in full spirit despite many of them camping out overnight on the streets of Dataran Merdeka, with many more seen pouring in as the morning went on.
Ivy also took her time to remind participants to not create any melee or scene at the Dataran, warning them to also keep away from entering the iconic square.
A Buddhist monk, who was invited by Bersih organisers, also later took to stage to lead the crowd in a mass prayer, with other religions also advised to practice their own faith.
This was later followed by a Muslim ustaz who led the Muslim to their own prayers, and among other things, prayed for the peace of the country.
The prayers ended with Ivy herself returning to stage for a mass, common prayer for all faiths.
