Man with burn marks found in Gurun

ALOR STAR: A man with burn marks from the waist upwards was found by members of the public by the roadside in front of the Perwaja Steel factory, Gurun.
Kedah Criminal Investigation Department head, ACP Mohd Nashir Ya said the Police Beat Base at the Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital Sungai Petani received a report on a man, in his mid-30's, who was being treated for burn marks on his body at 2.05am.
"The victim has 35% burn marks and is still unconscious," he said in a statement today.
He said police were investigating the man's background and the case was being investigated under Section 307 of the Penal Code. – Bernama
