PNE PCB calls off private placement

PETALING JAYA: PNE PCB Bhd has aborted its private placement plan after "assessing the current market conditions".
It told Bursa Malaysia last Friday that the application for an extension of time to complete the private placement dated Sept 8 had been retracted from the stock exchange regulator and the private placement lapsed on Sept 23.
PNE PCB was planning to raise gross proceeds of up to RM6.58 million based on an indicative issue price of RM1 per placement share.
