TRC Synergy unit bags Petronas Carigali deal

PETALING JAYA: TRC Synergy Bhd has bagged a RM61.58 million contract to repair and maintain the access roads as well as slope stabilisation works for the Sabah-Sarawak gas pipeline project in Sarawak.
In a stock exchange filing yesterday, TRC said its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Trans Resources Corp Sdn Bhd, was awarded the contract from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd on Sept 10.
The contract will be for two years until Sept 9, 2017 with an option to extend for an additional one year until September 2018.
TRC Synergy expects the contract to contribute positively towards its earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2015.
