Cyberview and MRCB to kick off RM5.35b Cyberjaya City Centre project by June 2016

    ⁠⁠⁠CYBERJAYA: Cyberview Sdn Bhd and MRCB Land Sdn Bhd signed a 30:70 joint venture agreement today to develop the first phase of Cyberjaya City Centre.
    The first phase, to be built on 53.37 acres will have a gross development value (GDV) of RM5.35 billion and will comprise a convention centre, hotel, offices and retail.
    Construction will begin in the first half of 2016 and take seven years to complete. The convention centre is targeted for completion in 2020.
    Cyberview managing director Faris Yahaya said the project will help anchor Cyberjaya as a global technology hub and grow the population in Cyberjaya.
