PETALING JAYA: The Fire and Rescue Department rushed to a home in Rawang earlier today to rescue a kitten whose head was stuck in the hole of a doorknob.
Morris the four-month old kitten had its head stuck for sometime, unable to rescue the kitten, the owner made an emergency call to the department.
A team from the Fire and Rescue Department arrived at the scene in Bandar Puteri, Rawang at about 7.18am today.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director (operations) Mohd Sani Harul said the team from the Batu Arang fire station managed to rescue the kitten at about 7.44am.
At press time, Morris the kitten has recovered from his trauma and is doing just fine.
