IJM Construction bags RM484m contract from UEM Land

    PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary IJM Construction Sdn Bhd has been awarded a main building works contract valued at RM484.2 million by UEM Land Bhd.
    In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, it said the project involves structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical, associated external and landscaping works for Phases 1A and 1B of the proposed mixed use development known as Almas in Puteri Harbour, Johor.
    Phase 1A comprises a two-level basement car park, a five-level elevated car park, one level of recreational facilities and one 34-storey tower of executive suites. Phase 1B comprises a five-level elevated car park and two office tower blocks.
    The contract sums for Phases 1A and 1B are RM240.35 million and RM243.85 million and the completion period is 34 months and 25 months, respectively.
