PM gives RM20,000 to assist fire gutted Madrasah Tahfiz Al-Redzuan

DENGKIL: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak has contributed RM20,000 to Madrasah Tahfiz Al-Redzuan, here, which was gutted by fire last Monday.
The contribution was handed over by Selangor Umno liaison chief Datuk Seri Noh Omar, on behalf of Najib, to the religious school head Ishak Jamil, when Noh visited it in Kampung Dato Ahmad Razali, today.
Noh told reporters the aid would be used to upgrade the community hall in front of the school, as temporary acccommodation for the 30 students.
The fire outbreak at about 8.15pm destroyed the two-storey building housing the hostel and dining hall. The students were given a week's break following the fire.
Thanking Najib for his contribution, Ishak said since the fire, they collected RM20,000 from public contributions channelled through the Masjid As-Sharif account. — Bernama
