Maybank Islamic, IJN come to the aid of Indonesian child

    KUALA LUMPUR: Cyndi Sutako, four, from Indonesia, is the fourth patient to successfully undergo treatment at the National Heart Institute (IJN) with the assistance of Maybank Islamic Berhad.
    In a statement here today, IJN consultant cardiothoracic surgeon Dr S. Sivakumar said Cyndi who suffers a heart ailment, received a contribution of RM27,000 Maybank Islamic's corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme.
    Maybank Islamic is one of the active partners of IJN's CSR activities since 2012 and is also involved in campaigns to increase awareness on heart ailments. — Bernama
