KLCC Stapled Group to boost revenue 1-2% on additional office space

KUALA LUMPUR: KLCCP Stapled Group, which consists of KLCC Property Holdings Bhd and KLCC Real Estate Investment Trust, will see an addition of 45,000 sq ft of office space this year that will boost its revenue by 1-2%.
CEO Datuk Hashim Wahir said the new office space will be completed by mid year.
"We have secured the tenants for the office space," he told a press conference after its AGM here.
The new office space includes the extension of the second phase refurbishment of Menara Dayabumi.
KLCCP Stapled Group's office properties continued to be the main revenue driver providing stable revenue streams on the back of locked-in long term tenancies.
