Act of kindness during Ramadan goes viral

PETALING JAYA: A Malay teenager's act of compassion in feeding a handicapped Chinese man during the month of Ramadan has earned him the praise of netizens.
The post on Facebook with a photo of the teenager spoon-feeding the Chinese man with amputated arms at a food court in Kuching has gone viral, with many netizens saying that Malaysians are generally a caring lot, who would go out of their way to help people regardless of race and religion.
One netizen wrote: "Kudos to this Kuching Malay teenager.....even though he's fasting, he won't mind helping to feed this Chinese 'OKU'.....this is what religious tolerance and harmonious co-existence are about, only in Sarawak!"
Another person who commented on the post said he is glad to know that over in Borneo love is still in abundance which is a ray of light and hope after the recent Orlando tragedy.
