KARL Lagerfeld has turned his talented hand to costume design for the latest ballet to hit Opéra Bastille in Paris.
The fashion designer has created the costumes for the upcoming production "Brahms-Schönberg Quartet" at the request of choreographer choreographer Benjamin Millepied, WWD reports.
Lagerfeld has created the looks for all four acts of the George Balanchine piece, totalling around 100 costumes. These include graphic tutus adorned with ribbons for the women and suede waistcoats for the male dancers.
The performance runs July 2-15 at Opéra Bastille, Paris. — AFP Relaxnews
