All Terengganu state assembly members, except Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang, who is Rhu Assemblyman, turned up for the sitting.
The PAS president is said to be in Turkey. Ahmad was in the assembly hall during the earlier session, but did not return when sitting resumed at about 11am after recess.
