GEORGE TOWN: Penang Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman Teng Chang Yeow should take full responsibility for BN's failure to capture the state in the last general election, says Gerakan Central Bureau of Law and Human Rights chairman Baljit Singh.
He said Teng, who is also Penang Gerakan chairman, should not blame others for BN's failure in Penang and should be serious in his position as captain of the state BN.

" ... any differences should be resolved through proper channels within the party," he told reporters, together with the party's outgoing deputy secretary-general, Dr Thor Teong Gee here today.
Baljit was commenting on Teng's statement last Saturday, blaming Umno for the failure of BN to win back the state during previous general election. — Bernama
