Aerial survey hardly affects flights at KLIA, klia2

SEPANG: Flight operations were under control at the KL International Airport and klia2 terminals despite the temporary closure of Kuala Lumpur airspace for a four-day aerial survey beginning today.
A check found that passengers were checking in as usual although the counters and arrival hall seemed to be less busy at times.
Malaysia Airlines said last week that the aerial survey necessitated the retiming of incoming and outgoing flights at KLIA and klia2 till Thursday.
The statement also said that the closure of the airspace would affect flights between 11am and 11.59am as well as those between 2pm and 2.59pm. – Bernama
