Tebrau MCA division chief to quit on Oct 1

JOHOR BARU: Tebrau MCA division chief, Khoo Soo Seang, 71, will relinquish his post effective Oct 1, 2016.
Tebrau MCA deputy division chief Ng Yew Aik confirmed having received Khoo's resignation letter on Wednesday.
Sources told theSun that Khoo stated in his letter that there were capable young leaders to hold the position and that of others in the party.
Khoo had also expressed his gratitude and thanked party leadership for having confidence in him during his tenure.
Efforts to reach Khoo turned futile as he is one of the Malaysian delegation for Asean Inter-Parliamentary Assembly in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar from Sept 28 to Oct 5.
