    Datuk Bridget Menezes receives the Astro Uruthunai Award from Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd Indian Customer Business senior vice president Dr C. Rajamani at an event which was held in conjunction with the International Indian Trade Expo at GM Klang Wholesale City on Oct 11, 2016.

PETALING JAYA: theSun's columnist Datuk Bridget Menezes bagged the Astro Uruthunai Award for her contributions to the community.
Menezes is also a speaker and counsellor on topics related to self improvement, positive thinking and stress management.
She also, among others, provides talks to many institutions like MARA, SIRIM, IMR, FELDA, Alliance, MPH, Borders, University of Malaya, NST In-Education, Accountants' and Lawyers' Conferences, Intan, MIM and IMM.
In 2004, she published a book entitled 'Self-Empowerment' which was later revised and launched by Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali in September 2013.
The award was presented by Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd Indian Customer Business senior vice president Dr C. Rajamani at an event which was held in conjunction with the International Indian Trade Expo at GM Klang Wholesale City.
