6,750 pills of Erimin 5 and other drugs seized in a drug bust

PETALING JAYA: Police have seized 6,750 pills of Erimen 5 and other drugs totaling RM270,000 in a drug bust at an apartment in Puchong.
Serdang district police chief ACP Megat Aminuddin said police had conducted a raid on an apartment unit in Koi Tropika, Batu 13 1/2 in Puchong on Friday, Oct 7 where they found the drugs.
"Our officers from the Serdang Narcotics Investigation department had raided the apartment and arrested four males and one female who had the stash of drugs," he said.
Other than the Erimen 5, Police also found 535 grammes of Syabu, 1063 grammes of Ketamine, 129 grammes of ecstasy and 772 grammes of heroine.
"The five suspects will be in remand until Friday, Oct 14, under Section 39(B) of the Dangerous Drug Act 1952," he said.
If found guilty, the five of them could face the mandatory death sentence.
