KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) today dismissed talk that it has appointed third parties to act as agents for the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) certification.

MQA said in a statement that it had come to know of irresponsible parties claiming to be APEL agents.

It advised the public to directly communicate with it or the APEL Assessment Centres authorised by MQA, namely Wawasan Open University and Open University Malaysia.

For further information or enquiries on APEL, the public can surf the website www.mqa.gov.my/APEL. — Bernama
