PETALING JAYA: Cypark Resources Bhd will submit RM1 billion worth of tenders and proposals for the financial year ending Oct 31, 2017 (FY17).
"We have submitted proposals with capex and contract value of more than RM2 billion...in the next six months, we will increase the value of proposals submitted," group CEO Datuk Daud Ahmad told reporters after its AGM today.
He said the proposals will include projects in Singapore, a market it is currently trying to penetrate. The company has already been shortlisted for a government solar project in Singapore and is awaiting official results.
Daud said the company will begin the second phase of its business transformation this year, which will focus on concessionaires and recurring business to counter the effects of a fluctuating economy.
