Matrix Concepts sells house to director for RM2m

PETALING JAYA: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd is selling a double-storey semi-detached house in Pekan Paroi Jaya, Negri Sembilan, to Kuntum Kemuning Sdn Bhd for RM2.03 million.
The company told Bursa Malaysia that its wholly-owned subsidiary Matrix Concepts Sdn Bhd had entered into a sale and purchase agreement for the disposal to Kuntum Kemuning.
Matrix Concepts deputy managing director Ho Kong Soon is a major shareholder and director of Kuntum Kemuning.
The company said the disposal is of the ordinary course of its business and there is no liability to be assumed arising from the transaction.
