Pahang MB cycles home for lunch break during state assembly

THE Pahang chief minister gave motorists a pleasant surprise when instead of being chauffeur-driven, he hopped on a bicycle to ride home for his lunch break during the state assembly sitting.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob chose to take the Nordic Track bicycle that was gifted to him by Yayasan Pahang for a spin during the assembly's morning recess.
For lunch break, he rode back to his house in Kubang Buaya, located six kilometres away from Wisma Pahang, where the State Assembly sits.
He was escorted by two police outriders and an ambulance throughout the 25-minute ride. Photos of Adnan happily cycling home were shared on Facebook.
