Colon Cancer Awareness campaign at Paradigm Mall

PETALING JAYA: The Cancer Advocacy Society of Malaysia will be launching a Colorectal Cancer Awareness, Screening & Treatment Project at the Paradigm Mall here on May 13 & 14.
Colorectal Cancer, commonly referred to as Colon Cancer is now the most common cancer affecting men and second most common cancer in women in Malaysia.
"With underlying medical co-morbidities, family history, lifestyle and age as contributing risk factors, regular screening and early detection are some of the best ways to protect yourself from the disease. 
 
The event promises lots of fun with treasure hunt for the family, dance performances, cheerleading squads, cooking demonstrations, stage activities, lucky draw and much much more," read the statement.
During the event, you will be able to hear first-hand from cancer survivors as they share their journey.
