Official launch of Platinum Splendor Residence in Setapak
SITUATED just slightly out of the city, Platinum Splendor Residence along Jalan Semarak (now known as Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra) is designed to become the solution to "city living at an affordable price".
The development, once ready, will present a condominium project by Platinum Victory Development Sdn Bhd offering over 2,000 housing units at price tags starting from as low as RM300,000.

Since its soft launch in January this year, the project has enjoyed a take-up rate of over 70%. About 600 units are pegged under the government's Rumawip programme.
"Our prices are always affordable. Recently, a lot of the big developers have started to tap into affordable housing. We on the other hand, started building affordable houses more than 10 years ago, right up until today as we are targeting the mass market," said Platinum Victory director Gary Gan.
Today, affordable doesn't necessarily correspond to drab. Platinum Victory has in fact held a strong presence in the Setapak area for the last 15 years and developed it into a modern and stylish neighbourhood.
Now, with Platinum Splendor Residence, its latest addition, the developer has an even stronger hold in the suburb.

The new condominium development project offers four unit types in sizes ranging from 926sq ft to 1,184sq ft. Each unit has between three and four bedrooms that come with two bathrooms.
Purchasers will be allocated two parking lots per unit.
Platinum Splendor will also offer homeowners a comfy lifestyle via its various facilities and amenities that include a swimming and wading pool, children's playground, a laundromat, multipurpose hall, cafeteria, a games room, sauna, surau, pavilion, barbecue area, gymnasium and kindergarten.

"For youngsters, if you have yet to own a property, now is the best time because there are a lot of affordable housing launches and the quality is adequate. There is also a lot of room for appreciation," added Gan.
Looking at the plus points like location, price tag, facilities and amenities, not to mention two parking spaces per lot, the development no doubt ticks all the right boxes where good property DNA is concerned.
